OUR COMPLEX AND FACILITIES RULES

Your family’s safety and well-being are of the utmost importance to the Kiwanis Baseball Program. To assure good, clean, family fun all players, coaches, volunteers, parents and visitors must adhere to these simple rules.

There is no smoking, nor any use of tobacco products on any of the fields, in any of the warmup areas, or in any dugout/team bench area within the complex. Persons who wish to smoke must leave the dugout/team bench and field areas.

Alcohol is not permitted anywhere at the complex.

The press box is off limits to all unauthorized personnel.

No food (and/or eating) is permitted in the dugout/team bench area.

Each team is responsible for cleaning the dugout/team bench area at the end of each game.

Dispose of all trash in one of the trash receptacles around the complex. 

Do not toss, or hit, balls against any fences, or against any dugout walls.

Do not throw, bat, or kick any balls, or other objects, in the area between the Kiwanis Field and the Bosserman Field, or in the area between the Bosserman Field and the Jerry May Field, except inside the batting cage. These areas are NOT team warm up areas. Please obey all City signs posted throughout the complex.

Park only in designated parking spots. Only vehicles with the appropriate tags may park in handicapped spaces.

Only Kiwanis Club members working in the concession stand may park in the two spots designated for the Kiwanis Club.

ONLY persons who have undergone a league background check are authorized to have direct contact with players. This includes all coaches and volunteers, or any other persons assisting the coaches or volunteers, even on a temporary basis. No unauthorized persons may be on the field, or in the dugout/team bench area, during games, nor are unauthorized persons permitted to assist during practice sessions.

All persons at the complex must adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the program’s code of conduct.
